I took a lead role in rebuilding the West Penn Allegheny Health System (WPAHS) website to make it easier for patients and other visitors to navigate and access information. A website feasibility study was conducted shortly after the relaunch of www.wpahs.org, which rated users’ impressions of the new website. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Out of a mean score of 5 points, respondents rated the website 5.0 for ease in finding answers about services, 4.7 for locating information about health topics, and 4.5 for quickly applying for jobs at WPAHS.

Using a webcam and a Skype connection, I provided an opportunity for U.S. Army Sgt. Justin Allenbaugh to actively support and coach the birth of his daughter in real time, while he was stationed in Camp Liberty in Iraq.

I developed a digital marketing campaign to encourage viewers to "Ask the Doctor" a health related question. The submitted questions would be filtered to the appropriate physicians. Responses would be provided by a physician and posted to various social media channels and the West Penn Allegheny Health Systems website.
